Who we are

Grant Thornton’s Agile Talent Community is a network of contract professionals, giving you the opportunity to work with our clients alongside Grant Thornton teams on a project-by-project basis whilst being supported by our dedicated Agile Talent team.

Joining us in Enterprise Applications

Our core focus is on advisory and project implementation services related to Oracle cloud applications and technology. We also provide enterprise resource planning (ERP) / human capital management (HCM) applications advisory consultancy more generally.

Joining the Agile Talent Community as an Oracle Cloud HCM Project Manager , you will have the freedom to work on projects that you choose, whether full or part-time within the Enterprise application team and support our clients and internal teams on short to medium-term assignments. We anticipate that the role will be hybrid working; therefore, open to consultants based anywhere in UK with ability to travel to client offices few days in a week.

Skills we are looking for

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, delivering end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
• Deep expertise in Oracle HCM configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong ability in risk management, issue resolution, and project tracking.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills to drive team performance.
