Senior Product designer - Upto £60,000 per annum DOE – Remote (UK)

The company is venture-backed by a top-tier European early-stage fund (with a portfolio that includes some of Europe’s most recognisable tech success stories). Demand from global enterprises is accelerating faster than the team can scale, which is why this hire is critical.
You’ll be joining a post-revenue business with strong commercial traction across sectors such as manufacturing, telecommunications, aerospace, and financial services. The company is led by a founder with deep domain expertise and a proven track record, including multiple successful exits.

What You’ll Do
- Bring a curious, exploratory mindset with a strong interest in emerging technologies, and a willingness to question assumptions and push patterns forward
- Work closely with a lean, cross-functional startup team including engineering, QA, product, and the founder
- Communicate design decisions clearly, using strong rationale to influence direction and support informed decision-making
- Move fast designing, testing, and iterating with a strong bias toward learning and continuous improvement
- Own the full UX lifecycle, from early collaboration with product and UI partners through to clear, build-ready handovers
- Maintain and evolve the company’s design system, ensuring consistency and scalability
- Help define and embed design culture, processes, and best practices as the team grows
