We are supporting a purpose-driven software organisation with a strong reputation in the education technology sector. They are seeking an exceptional CFO to join the Executive Leadership Team and shape the company’s next stage of growth.

Location: Hybrid – West Midlands / Remote with site visits

Salary: Up to £120k per annum + Bonus

Key Responsibilities

Lead financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and reporting
Drive SaaS financial modelling, pricing, and revenue optimisation
Oversee financial operations, governance, and compliance
Build and mentor a high-performing finance team
Provide clear commercial insight and business partnering across the organisation

About You

ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
Proven CFO or Finance Director experience, ideally in software/SaaS/tech
Track record in scaling SMEs and delivering financial strategy
Skilled in SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, churn)
Collaborative, values-led leadership style

The Package

Salary up to £120k per annum
Hybrid working (West Midlands base with remote flexibility)
Start date from January 2026 (latest March 2026)
