About the Role

As Finance Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening the finance function, driving best-in-class processes, and providing commercial insight to support ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day financial operations, overseeing a small finance team.
• Deliver accurate monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
• Provide financial analysis and insight to support strategic decisions.
• Partner with senior leadership and operational teams to drive performance.
• Support integration of acquisitions and scalability of finance systems.

About You

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Experience as a Finance Manager or similar finance leadership role.
• Background in software, SaaS, or technology sectors highly desirable.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence at senior level.
