Sales Executive - Quarry and Plants

Our client is a fast-growing Swedish tech scale-up helping frontline teams digitise their operations. Their platform transforms paper-based inspections, maintenance routines, and safety checks into smart digital workflows.

Green Barks Search, the retained recruitment partner in the UK is now searching for Sales Executives to help expand their presence in the construction materials and aggregates space. You’ll be part of a dynamic international team working with industry leaders like Cemex, Breedon, and Banner Contracts.

This is a full-cycle sales role for a confident communicator who knows how things work on-site. Maybe you’ve worked in operations, HSE, or plant management and want to break into tech. Maybe you’re already in SaaS and love the challenge of a new market. Either way, our client equip you with everything you need to succeed.

What you’ll do:

· Build a pipeline of UK opportunities in aggregates, waste, transport, and more.

· Run demos and show decision-makers how they saves time and money.

· Visit sites, talk shop, and deliver real value to customers.

· Use HubSpot CRM to manage activity and forecast accurately.
