The Role

  • Own the growth marketing engine, driving strategy and execution across the UK, US and Europe
  • Build and run demand generation programmes that consistently deliver qualified leads, revenue impact and market expansion
  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns that engage ICP and convert across the funnel
  • Partner closely with sales to turn insights into campaigns that cut through the noise and drive measurable pipeline performance

Desired Skills and Experience

  • B2B SaaS growth marketing experience with a proven record of delivering high-impact demand generation
  • Commercial, data-driven mindset with a focus on pipeline, revenue and ROI
  • Confident managing agencies, freelancers and cross-regional stakeholders while working hands-on with tools like HubSpot, CRM and automation platforms
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills, able to translate insights into action and continuously refine what drives growth
