SDR Manager at $50M funded Climate Tech Platform
Exciting opportunity to lead the Sales Development function at a fast-growing Climate-Tech platform.

- Partnering with Enterprise clients to measure, manage and reduce carbon footprint
- $50M+ in VC funding
The Role:
- Own the out-bound sales strategy; leading on prospecting and lead qualification
- Lead a team of SDRs; responsible for training and development, and driving best practice and efficiencies across the sales process
- Ensure data and reporting accuracy
- Cross-functional collaboration; working closely with Rev Ops, Marketing and Product
Needs:
- Proven experience and success in an SDR role
- Ideally coming from a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience mentoring/managing junior team members
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments
