HR Business Partner

HR Business Partner Vacancy (Temporary) Cambridge Hybrid £340-£365 per day (Ltd company contractor rate) Must be able to start by beginning of February HR Recruit is currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a rapidly growing organisation within the technology sector. Reporting to the HR Director and working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner, this role will focus on delivering a hands-on, operational and transactional HR service. The position offers the flexibility to work from home two days per week.Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational HR support
• Review and manage employment contracts
• Support and review Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
• Review and maintain career frameworks
• Oversee probationary processes
• Implement sexual harassment training initiatives
• Additional project work

Person Specification

• Proactive, hands-on professional with a positive, can-do attitude
• Self-starter who can work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation

In return you will receive a day rate of between £340-£365 per day (Ltd company contractor rate). For PAYE this will be lower..
