Enterprise Account Manager – Networks
We're working with a well-established technology services organisation that is looking to appoint an Enterprise Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients, with a strong focus on network-led technology services.
This is a consultative, relationship-driven role, suited to someone comfortable operating at enterprise level and working closely with technical teams to deliver complex solutions.
The RoleAs Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing existing enterprise accounts, identifying opportunities to expand service adoption, and acting as a trusted commercial partner to your customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing existing enterprise customer accounts
- Developing opportunities within the account base rather than pure new business
- Acting as the primary commercial interface between customers and delivery teams
- Coordinating closely with technical, service delivery, and project teams
- Positioning and selling enterprise network services and managed solutions
- Supporting customers operating within the real estate and smart buildings sector
This role requires a strong balance of commercial capability and technical understanding.
Technology & Services FocusThe organisation delivers enterprise-grade technology services, including:
- Enterprise networking services (LAN, WAN, WiFi)
- Managed network services
- Network infrastructure and connectivity solutions
- Secure and scalable enterprise environments
- Technologies supporting smart and connected buildings
You won’t be expected to be hands-on technically, but you must be comfortable discussing network-led solutions and working with technically complex propositions.
The Profile They’re Looking For- 5–10+ years’ experience in enterprise account management or similar roles
- Strong background in enterprise network services or technology solutions
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts
- Able to work confidently with technical and delivery teams
- Commercially astute, professional, and relationship-focused
- Comfortable operating within corporate and client-facing environments
Experience aligned to organisations operating in enterprise networking, smart buildings, or real estate technology would be highly beneficial.
Ideal Background (Not Essential)- Experience with MSP's within the Networks / Infra / Smart Buildings
- Exposure to smart buildings or connected environments
- Experience selling or managing managed services rather than one-off products
- Competitive basic salary (£50k–£75k depending on experience)
