We are supporting a growing Coventry-based organisation seeking an IT Support Technician to join their expanding IT team.

The Role
- Provide IT support to end users via phone, email, remote tools, and in person
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, application, and connectivity issues
- Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi
- Escalate complex issues and contribute to continuous IT improvements
Requirements
- Experience in an IT support or Helpdesk environment
- Knowledge of Windows, macOS, networking basics, and Microsoft Office
- Experience resolving common hardware and basic software issues
