Graduate Network Engineer

You’ll work closely with an experienced Senior Network Engineer, learning hands-on across real customer environments while building strong foundations in LAN, wireless, firewalls, and connectivity solutions. Responsibilities :
• Support day-to-day BAU network troubleshooting across customer environments.
• Assist with network projects, upgrades, and deployments.
• Work with Layer 2 networks, LAN, wireless, and firewall technologies.
• Learn and support solutions built around Cisco-led networking platforms.
• Shadow and support a Senior Network Engineer on more complex issues and projects.
• Travel to customer sites where required to support installations or troubleshooting.
• Build documentation and develop best-practice troubleshooting skills.
• Actively develop technical skills and progress toward more responsibility over time.
Skills / Must Have:
• A genuine interest in networking and infrastructure.
• Understanding of core networking concepts (LAN, switching, wireless, firewalls).
• Willingness to learn, develop, and be part of a long-term journey.
• Comfortable working remotely with the flexibility to travel when required.
• Strong communication skills and a professional approach with customers.
Nice to Have (but not essential):
• CCNA or working toward it.
• Exposure to HPE Aruba or Cisco Meraki.
• Basic understanding of Azure networking.
• UK driving licence.
