Join a leading managed services provider who are looking to hire an experienced Major Incident Manager to join their Operational Support Centre in Manchester.

This role is ideal for someone who has owned high-priority incidents end-to-end, is comfortable coordinating multiple technical teams, and can act as a calm, confident point of contact during critical service outages.

The role

You'll take full ownership of Priority 1 and Priority 2 incidents, driving them from initial detection through to resolution. This includes coordinating internal teams, communicating clearly with customers and senior stakeholders, and ensuring service impact is kept to a minimum.
