Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Specialist - 6 months - Crawley (3 Days On-Site) - Inside IR35 - £475/Day

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Specialist to support a large-scale HCM and Payroll transformation programme based in Crawley. This is a hands-on functional role focused on delivering accurate, compliant and efficient UK Payroll operations within Oracle Fusion, while providing leadership across implementation, support and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle Fusion UK Payroll, resolving incidents and payroll issues.
• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles, including validations, calculations, costing and reconciliation.
• Handle UK statutory processes such as RTI (FPS/EPS), statutory payments, tax codes and HMRC integrations.
• Analyse/configure payroll elements, balances, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts and Payroll Flows.
• Conduct quarterly patch impact analysis, regression testing and maintain functional documentation.

What You Will Ideally Bring

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM UK Payroll in production environments.
• Deep understanding of UK statutory payroll rules, pension auto-enrolment and RTI processes.
• Proficiency with payroll configuration, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts and HDL/HSDL.
• Experience supporting monthly/weekly payroll cycles and quarterly statutory updates.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving skills and ability to work with business stakeholders.
