Product Operations Coordinator - Consumer Tech Brand

Handle Recruitment is seeking a highly organised candidate who thrives when juggling multiple deadlines in fast-paced environments to join a global tech & media brand!

Supporting the PR department and playing a key part in managing product loans for media partners your role will involve:

• Coordinating product loan programmes across all brand products for media contacts and content creators.
• Working closely with Product, Services, and Corporate PR teams to ensure timely and accurate loan processing.
• Managing inventory levels and facilitating the logistics of product collections and returns.
• Overseeing the longer-term loan programmes for key media contacts during busy product launch periods.
• Supporting ongoing activities such as workshops, virtual briefings, and special events through effective loan management.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• A proactive approach to managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly across teams.
• Confidence working with data admin tools such as MS Excel or Numbers.
• Ideally an interest in areas such as media, PR, events and/or consumer tech. Knowledge of inventory or stock management is also beneficial.
