Business Analyst - London (x2)

We're looking for a commercially minded Business Analyst to join a growing Data & Insights team at the heart of a leading media organisation. This team supports data-driven decision-making across multiple markets and departments, including Commercial, Digital, and Finance.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with business teams to understand goals and translate them into clear data requirements
• Partner with data professionals to deliver dashboards, reports, and data products aligned with business needs
• Define and maintain key metrics and ensure consistent reporting standards
• Prioritise and manage data requests based on business impact
• Document requirements, processes, and data definitions
• Support testing and validation of data solutions

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in media, digital, or advertising
• Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills
• Familiarity with SQL and BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Comfortable working with data teams (analytics, engineering, BI)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

The role is 1-2 days in London.
