As the CRM Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping the organisation's CRM strategies through data-driven insights. Your direct customer/CRM analytics experience, along with your skills in SQL, data visualisation, and Excel, will enable you to analyse customer data, provide actionable insights, and contribute to the overall success of the fashion brand.

The CRM Analyst will have the following responsibilities:- Utilise SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.- Conduct direct customer and CRM analytics to enhance customer experiences.- Develop reports and dashboards using data visualisation tools.- Analyse CRM data to identify trends, preferences, and behaviours.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM insights into business strategies.- Translate complex data-driven findings into actionable recommendations.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM analytics.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The ideal CRM Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

- Proven experience in direct customer/CRM analytics, preferably within the fashion industry.- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis.- Experience with data visualization tools.- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.- Excel proficiency for data manipulation and analysis.- Excellent communication skills to convey insights and recommendations effectively.
