THE COMPANY

Our client, a luxury retail brand, is looking for a Customer Analytics Manager to join their growing team.

THE ROLE

This role sits at the centre of CRM and marketing, owning the customer data and insights that underpin decision-making across the business.

You'll take responsibility for understanding, shaping, and improving the customer database, turning raw data into clear, actionable insight that enables smarter targeting, segmentation, and campaign performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating the structure, quality, and completeness of the customer database
  • Using SQL to extract, analyse, and interpret customer data
  • Producing initial analysis and reporting to identify data gaps, issues, and opportunities
  • Carrying out hands-on data cleansing and de-duplication activities
  • Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards to support CRM and marketing teams
  • Applying customer insights to inform segmentation and targeting strategies

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Hands-on SQL experience
  • Experience working with customer databases
  • Power BI for reporting and insight
