Senior Enterprise Customer Analytics Manager

12 month FTC | £75k + 15% bonus | Remote

We are looking for a senior analytics professional to turn complex enterprise customer data into actionable insights that drive growth, retention, and profitability. This role is influential across commercial, sales, marketing, and product teams, providing intelligence to shape strategy and optimise performance.

What you will do

Develop and maintain predictive models to understand churn, upgrade propensity, and customer lifetime value
Analyse enterprise customer activity, ARPU, margin, and sales channel performance to identify opportunities for growth
Deliver forecasting and reporting on enterprise activity to guide decision making
Evaluate the effectiveness of commercial initiatives and campaigns, influencing strategy across the business
Collaborate with data, finance, and platform teams to improve analytics capability, data quality, and governance
Present findings and insights to senior stakeholders in a clear, actionable way

What we are looking for

Proven experience in enterprise customer analytics, reporting, and forecasting
Strong skills in predictive modelling, churn analysis, and performance evaluation
Proficiency with analytics tools such as Excel, PowerBI, or equivalent
Ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for business decision makers
Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct reports
Strong analytical mindset, business acumen, and attention to detail
