We're partnering with a well-established creative and insight-led organisation that delivers large-scale campaigns The business has a strong track record in data-driven decision making and is investing further in its analytics capability.
They're hiring a Data Analyst into a business-critical replacement role, joining a small, collaborative data team with real ownership and visibility across the organisation.
The Role
This is a hands-on, varied analytics role in a fast-paced, agency-style environment. You'll support campaign planning, forecasting, CRM insight, and stakeholder decision-making, acting as a go-to person for data questions across the business.
The role offers increasing exposure to stakeholders and the opportunity to shape how data is used day-to-day.
Key Responsibilities-
Analyse incoming datasets from multiple sources (often Excel-heavy)

Support campaign forecasting and modelling (e.g. volumes, timelines, expected outcomes)

Work with a relational customer database supporting a core product area

Produce insights and reporting via Power BI

Maintain high standards of data quality, accuracy, and documentation

Explain methodology and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Take ownership of outputs that directly influence campaign and business decisions

3-5 years' experience in a Data Analyst role

Background in marketing, agency, or fast-moving commercial environments

Advanced Excel (lookups, formulas, visualisation)

Strong SQL (joins, selects, data manipulation)

Experience building reports in Power BI

Solid, hands-on exposure to CRM or customer databases

Educated in the UK (familiarity with the education system is important)

Python or R (interest or early exposure welcomed)

Forecasting experience beyond simple historical analysis

Experience working with education, youth, or public-facing campaigns

Small, close-knit data team with a high level of trust

Pragmatic, collaborative working style

Strong focus on insight, not just reporting

Hybrid setup with at least 2 days per week in a Central London office

Salary up to £50,000 (some flexibility)

Clear scope for progression as the data function grows
