Data Analyst

Up to £50k + bonus + benefits

Hybrid Working - London based

I'm partnering with a rapidly growing technology company in the sustainability and infrastructure space. They are expanding their data function and are looking for a Data Analyst to help deliver high-quality reporting, dashboards and insights. You'll work closely with senior data and engineering colleagues, playing a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the business.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strong technical skills with clear communication and thoughtful design to create impactful analytics in a fast-moving tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior data team members to deliver accurate, timely and business-aligned reporting and insights.
  • Design and build visually engaging, intuitive Power BI dashboards.
  • Write high-quality, efficient SQL for data extraction, transformation and optimisation.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support operational, commercial and marketing teams.
  • Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support data literacy by providing Power BI training and guidance.
  • Plan and document work methodically to ensure clarity.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a Data Analyst role.
  • Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., STEM, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics).
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Solid Power BI experience with a focus on dashboard design and UX.
  • Good DAX experience.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communicator able to convert complex data into clear insights.
  • Curious, proactive and collaborative mindset.
