THE TEAM
You'll be joining a small but growing Data team, reporting directly to the Head of Data. The foundations for data infrastructure have been carefully built over the past year, and now the focus is on turning data into actionable insight.
This is a collaborative environment where data is central to decision-making - the executive team are highly engaged and see analytics as critical to the company's success. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of impactful projects and help shape the future of EV charging strategy across the UK.
THE ROLE
This is a hands-on analytical role focused on understanding customer behaviour, usage patterns, and network performance to drive smarter, data-led decisions. It's ideal for someone who enjoys end-to-end analysis and translating complex data into clear business recommendations.
Key projects include:
- Analysing where to launch new charging points and assessing site performance
- Understanding user behaviour and segmentation - who's charging, when, and how often
- Developing models to optimise pricing based on time of day and usage patterns
- Building dashboards and reports to monitor operational and commercial KPIs
- Supporting strategic planning as the business expands across the UK
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Strong SQL and Python skills
- Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI preferred, but flexible)
- Proven background in analytics or data science, ideally in a commercial or operational context
- Exposure to predictive modelling, segmentation, or pricing analytics
- Ability to work independently and communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
