Are you a hands-on marketer with strong SEO expertise, ready to step up into a leadership role? We're supporting a fast-growing education organisation on their search for a Digital Marketing Lead to drive brand growth and digital visibility as they expand their offering!

The Role

This is a newly created role, evolving from an SEO specialist position into a broader marketing leadership remit. You'll join a collaborative team, leading three marketing specialists (content, social, generalist) while bringing your own expertise across SEO, content, and digital strategy. With exciting projects in the pipeline, including international expansion, a major rebrand, and the development of innovative digital tools, you'll play a central role in shaping how this organisation engages with teachers, schools, and learners in the UK and beyond

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a small marketing team across content, social, and digital channels
• Own SEO strategy: running technical audits, implementing fixes, and driving growth in organic visibility across the UK and international markets (UAE, Australia, etc.)
• Support multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, paid) to drive brand and product awareness
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align marketing with commercial growth goals
• Contribute to the rebrand rollout and establish the organisation as a leader in STEM education

Your Skills & Experience

• Has strong technical SEO knowledge, including hands-on experience with audits and implementation
• Brings a broad digital marketing skillset across content, social, and campaigns
• Is comfortable leading a small team while still delivering hands-on marketing activity
