Rate - £450-600 per day

• Develop and execute strategic plans that align with company objectives, respond to market changes, and identify new opportunities.

• Manage budgets, analyse financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure overall profitability.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to drive sales, strengthen brand presence, and identify new business opportunities.

• Lead pitches, presentations, and new business meetings to support revenue growth.

• Drive ongoing development of the division's core products and services, embracing new technologies to enhance performance and customer value.

• Oversee daily operations with the Project Manager, ensuring efficient workflows and resolving cross-departmental issues.

• Lead, motivate, and develop staff across all areas of the division, overseeing performance management, recruitment, training, and development.

• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards, handle escalated customer issues, and nurture strong client relationships.

• Proven experience in a senior management role within digital, web, or marketing-led environments.

• Strong background in P&L management with a record of driving profitable growth.

• Demonstrated expertise in digital strategy, marketing, sales, and product development.

• Excellent leadership and people-management capabilities with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.

• Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to balance strategic planning and hands-on operational execution.

• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
