Job Type: Full-time contract, 12 Months

Summary:

• The main function of a Sourcing Specialist is to provide financial analysis for the EMS and Global Repair Service Business. A typical Sourcing Specialist is responsible for supporting the cost reduction activities for the Global EMS and Repair Procurement teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform complex and time sensitive tasks, both strategic and tactical, with a high degree of skill based on their knowledge and skill in procurement.

• Compare, provide, and analyze QoQ data.

• Bridge high impact changes QoQ.

• Analyze and determine appropriate actions.

• Provide consistent format and accuracy of numbers.

• Analyze pricing for alignment

• Collect and calculate ECN pricing PPV claims

• Calculate PO variance

• Outlook recoveries into spend/savings

• Consolidate and analyze RFQ for launch

Skills:

• General business and technical knowledge with high ethical standards

• Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills

• Strong working knowledge in using Microsoft Office with emphasizes on Excel

• Great attention to detail and possess excellent follow up skills

A working knowledge of computer application software (training will be provided if needed)

• Strong familiarity with QoQ Analytics

• Strong familiarity with EMS FG RFQ

• Flexible and able to work overtime when required

• Organized and work well with constant priority changes

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong ability in MS Office, MiniTab, and other analytical and planning tools

• Analytic and statistic skills

• Ability to work independently

Qualifications:

• BS in Supply Chain or related degree

• 0-2 years of experience
