This is a brand and social impact agency with over 20 years' experience helping organisations connect meaningfully with young people. A core part of the business focuses on deep engagement with the UK and Ireland education systems, working in partnership with schools and delivering education-led campaigns at scale.

THE ROLE

This is a varied, fast-paced, agency-style Data Analyst role combining hands-on analysis, forecasting, CRM insight, and increasing client-facing engagement over time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Analysis & Insight

  • Act as a triage point for incoming data questions and analysis requests.
  • Analyse client-provided datasets in multiple formats, often working with complex Excel files.
  • Translate data into clear, insight-led narratives for internal and external stakeholders.

Forecasting & Modelling

  • Support campaign forecasting and modelling, including predicting school registrations.
  • Advise on channels, timelines, and expected outcomes based on data-led assumptions.
  • Contribute to the development of longer-term forecasting capability.

Data Quality & Methodology

  • Ensure consistently high standards of data quality, accuracy, and validation.
  • Confidently explain methodology and analytical approach for high-impact work.
  • Take ownership of outputs that influence campaign delivery and business planning.

Systems & Reporting

  • Work with a relational database supporting an education-focused partnership product.
  • Use SQL-driven analysis to feed Power BI dashboards and reporting.
  • Select appropriate tools and techniques depending on data structure and campaign needs.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, charts, visualisation).
  • SQL experience (joins, selects, data manipulation).
  • Comfortable working with relational databases.
  • Power BI for reporting and data visualisation.
  • Python or R (interest is sufficient; not essential).
  • Exposure to forecasting beyond basic historical analysis.
