ABOUT THE BUSINESS
This is a brand and social impact agency with over 20 years' experience helping organisations connect meaningfully with young people. A core part of the business focuses on deep engagement with the UK and Ireland education systems, working in partnership with schools and delivering education-led campaigns at scale.
Data sits at the heart of how the agency operates. There is a strong emphasis on data quality, accuracy, and insight-led storytelling, with analytics directly shaping campaign outcomes, forecasts, and strategic decisions.

You'll join a close-knit, collaborative team where autonomy, chemistry, and accountability are essential.
The team acts as a central triage point for the wider agency, supporting a broad range of data-driven questions and requests across campaigns, products, and clients. You'll work alongside analysts and data specialists while partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
THE ROLE
This is a varied, fast-paced, agency-style Data Analyst role combining hands-on analysis, forecasting, CRM insight, and increasing client-facing engagement over time.
You'll take ownership of incoming data requests, analyse client-provided datasets (often Excel-heavy), and ensure all outputs are accurate, robust, and commercially meaningful. The role directly influences campaign outcomes and business forecasts, making accountability and confidence in methodology critical.
