The Role You will lead the UK marketing analytics agenda while managing a team of analysts. Your work will drive both day-to-day optimisation and long-term strategy. Responsibilities include:* Implementing analytics strategy across all UK marketing channels to improve visibility, performance, and ROI.* Owning and delivering key analytical projects that unlock insight and measurable business impact.* Ensuring reporting accuracy and consistency across performance and partner metrics.* Developing and managing a roadmap for test and learn activity, including pricing and incrementality initiatives.* Partnering with senior stakeholders on cross-functional projects and ensuring alignment on priorities.* Overseeing a portfolio of analytics work while coaching, supporting, and guiding your analyst team.

Your Skills and Experience* Strong commercial experience in marketing analytics, driving value across ATL and BTL channels.* Hands-on experience with attribution approaches such as multi-touch attribution and marketing mix modelling.* Experience designing and executing incrementality testing plans.* Strong analytical skills across customer experience, personalisation, and channel performance.* Excellent stakeholder management skills, including presenting to senior leadership.* Proven experience managing or mentoring analysts.* Advanced SQL skills and confidence querying large datasets.* Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Looker or Power BI.* Strong problem-solving capability and the ability to navigate complex, unstructured challenges.
