Are you a passionate Lead Analytics Engineer who is keen to work in a fast paced environment and lead people? We are partnering with a growing health and wellness company with a collaborative hands on culture.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Lead Analytics Engineer will:

-Own and develop dbt transformation for reliable datasets

-Work with multiple teams including brand and finance teams

-You will be doing data visualisation and reporting via ThoughtSpot

-Guide other analytics engineers

-Oversee Snowflake environment to align with company growth

-Bring structure to the data

-Bring high standards for modelling, testing, documentation and analytics engineering

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

-Strong experience using dbt for data transformation

-Expert level with SQL

-Strong expertise with Thoughtspot or other data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Looker

-Hands on experience with Airbyte or Fivetrain

-Strong stakeholder management skills

-Previous management experience

-Experience and comfortability operating in fast paced environments

-Bonus points for working in Snowflake
