Principal Product Manager

Principal Product Manager - Fully Remote - UK

This is an incredible opportunity to own brand-new AI-powered data products end-to-end inside a global SaaS business valued at over 1.3bn, connecting more than 300 million users across 130+ countries.

You'll join a company at the forefront of ResTech, building entirely new AI and synthetic-data products within their platform, not maintaining legacy tools. You'll work closely with data scientists, engineers, and commercial leadership to define the strategy, shape the vision, and take AI-driven research products to market to drive real revenue impact.

What you'll be doing

  • Owning the full product lifecycle from discovery strategy execution go-to-market.
  • Building AI-powered data and research products from scratch, including synthetic data, AI-generated research insights, and media-measurement tools.
  • Working as an IC (individual contributor) at a Director level: no people management, but full accountability for strategy, vision, and impact.
  • Partnering with engineering, data science, and R&D to create new AI/ML products and evaluate model trade-offs.
  • Bringing brand-new products to market and directly influencing adoption, revenue, and commercial success.
  • Helping global media clients measure and understand advertising performance.
What you bring
  • Director-level or Principal Product Manager experience in B2B SaaS.
  • A proven record of building and launching new products, not just iterating or maintaining existing ones.
  • Experience delivering AI/ML products, ideally involving large-scale datasets, LLMs, synthetic data, or model development.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset - able to translate complex problems into clear, validated product requirements.
  • Evidence of true 0 1 product ownership: launching, scaling, and demonstrating commercial impact.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical teams, GTM teams, and exec stakeholders.
  • Experience in media, AdTech, or research technology is a strong advantage (but not essential).
The package
  • Salary £125k - £150k depending on experience.
  • Fully remote, with global cross-functional teams.
  • Opportunity to define a new AI product category inside a rapidly growing ResTech organisation backed by a world-class R&D function.
