The Company They are a major transport operator providing rail solutions across the West and North West. Following a substantial long-term contract extension, they are entering a period of significant investment and modernisation. Revenue management plays a critical role in how they plan, price, and improve customer experience across the network. Their environment is data-driven, commercially focused, and offers strong long-term stability and opportunity for development.

The Role You will join the Revenue Management function, working across pricing, yield, forecasting, and commercial strategy. As a Revenue Manager, you will:* Drive revenue performance across a key route* Lead internal revenue initiatives, improving decision-making and commercial outcomes.* Support and coach analysts in a relatively junior team, developing capability and performance.* Manage workflows and ensure high standards in day-to-day revenue delivery.* Analyse route performance, generate insights, and make clear commercial recommendations.* Optimise pricing to hit revenue targets, balancing demand, occupancy, and customer experience.* Collaborate closely with senior analysts and wider commercial teams on network-wide projects.

Your Skills and Experience* Strong commercial experience in revenue or yield management.* Highly numerical with strong analytical capability and excellent Excel skills.* Proven ability to deliver measurable commercial impact.* Background in transport is highly preferred due to the complexity and pace of the network.* Experience coaching or developing less-experienced analysts.
