Salary: Up to £70,000 + performance bonus
Location: London - Office based
A growing tech consultancy is looking for a Senior Consultant to lead client delivery and help scale their consulting practice. The company specialises in modernising traditional industries through technology and data, with proven solutions already in use at one of Europe's leading property portfolios.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading client projects from pitch to delivery, managing multi-month engagements with major corporate clients
- Developing consulting methodologies, delivery frameworks, and onboarding processes
- Supporting business development activities, including client workshops, pitches, and relationship management
- Running road-mapping sessions and steering committees with C-suite stakeholders
- Hiring and mentoring junior consultants as the team expands
- Translating technical and data solutions into tangible business value
Your skills and experience:
- 3-5 years in management consulting or similar client-facing delivery roles (Big 4, tier 2, or strong boutique)
- Track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful projects
- Experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, or data/analytics
- Excellent communication, presentation, and structured problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
