SENIOR CUSTOMER ANALYST - LONDON

UP TO £75,000

THE COMPANY

We are working with a globally renowned consumer tech business on 2x key customer-centric analytics hires.

THE ROLE

The successful Senior Customer Analyst responsibilities will include:

  • Use SQL and visualisation tools to analyse and communicate customer insights.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise the customer journey - from acquisition to loyalty and retention.
  • Design and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests to inform marketing and CRM strategies.
  • Use customer data to shape growth and retention initiatives, supporting overall commercial targets.
  • Develop and maintain customer lifecycle frameworks to identify where customers sit and how to move them between stages.
  • Translate complex data into compelling narratives that influence strategic decisions.
  • Partner with marketing and customer teams to measure campaign effectiveness and improve targeting.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Senior Customer Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

  • Advanced SQL skills and experience working with a modern data stack.
  • Strong proficiency in a dashboarding or BI tool (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
  • Proven experience in customer analytics - including segmentation, LTV analysis, churn modelling, and acquisition strategy.
  • Experience running and analysing A/B or multivariate tests.
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills - able to turn complex findings into clear, actionable insights.

THE BENEFITS

The successful Senior Customer Analyst will receive a salary of up to £75,000, plus an array of additional benefits.
