THE ROLE

As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll report directly to the Head of Data and manage one Data Analyst. You'll play a key role in shaping how data drives the business forward, working on areas such as:

• Forecasting and time series analysis to support demand and operational planning
• Dynamic pricing and revenue optimisation
• Translating data into actionable insights that influence strategy and commercial outcomes
• Collaborating with stakeholders across teams to embed data-driven decision-making

This is a hands-on role offering real ownership and the chance to see your analysis directly impact growth and performance.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong SQL and Python skills
• Experience in forecasting, regression, or time series modelling
• Experience working across multiple stakeholder groups, such as operations, marketing, finance, energy
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex analysis
• A proactive mindset and comfort working in a smaller, fast-moving environment
• Experience managing or mentoring junior analysts is highly desirable
