12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (potential to go perm) | London - Hybrid Working
We're working with a technology-driven, high-growth organisation to appoint a Technical Programme Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This role will lead complex, cross-functional technology programmes, partnering with engineering, product, data, finance and security teams to deliver meaningful improvements in efficiency, governance and technical capability.
Key responsibilities:
- End-to-end ownership of strategic technical programmes
- Driving alignment across multiple teams and senior stakeholders
- Delivering initiatives such as systems consolidation, tooling optimisation and platform improvements
- Clear communication of progress, risks and trade-offs to leadership
- Managing dependencies, risks and delivery in a fast-paced environment
About you:
- Proven experience as a Technical Programme or Senior Technical Project Manager
- Strong background delivering cross-functional technology transformation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Good understanding of software development lifecycles and data platforms
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple priorities
