Visa requirements
US visa requirements are strict, and we’re transparent about what’s needed to relocate quickly.
Non-management roles
- Degree + 3 years recruitment experience OR
- No degree + 5 years recruitment experience
- Experience aligned to Data / Analytics (or adjacent markets)
- Clean police record
Management roles
- Degree + 3 years recruitment experience OR
- No degree + 5 years recruitment experience
- Proven management experience (minimum 2 direct reports)
- Clean police record
If you don’t quite meet the criteria yet, that doesn’t mean “no”. Many consultants join our UK business first, continue billing, and relocate once they qualify. These requirements aren’t arbitrary, they’re based on our successful visa history and current US immigration rules.
