Our client is a leading, specialist Cyber Search firm seeking a Senior Delivery Consultant to join their growing RPO team, supporting key global accounts. In this role, you will partner closely with clients, operating as an extension of their internal recruitment function and playing a critical role in shaping their hiring strategy and long-term growth.
You will work across a diverse range of roles, from Graduate through to Director level, recruiting for some of the world’s most innovative Cyber vendors and Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs). This position offers genuine variety, senior stakeholder exposure, and the chance to make a measurable impact without the pressure of traditional sales.
The Benefits:
- £35K-£40K basic salary.
- Quarterly bonus based on placements. 20%-30% of salary.

The Role:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for client accounts, ensuring high-quality hiring outcomes.
- Partner closely with clients to understand their talent needs and provide tailored RPO solutions.
- Lead and coordinate recruitment campaigns, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting on performance, trends, and improvements.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, internal policies, and client-specific requirements.
- Support the implementation of recruitment technology and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
The Requirements:
- Minimum of 18 months’ experience working in agency recruitment or RPO.
- Experience in permanent and/or technology recruitment is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, adaptable, and a team player with a solutions-focused mindset.
