ERP Systems Specialist
Our client, a very successful and growing company, is looking for an ERP Systems & Software Specialist to take ownership of the management, training and development of their ERP system (Klipboard previously Kerridge). This is a vital role within the team where you will be responsible for ensuring that the systems are optimised to their full potential and that staff are trained and supported in using the system. You will be working in a small team. The office is based near Eastleigh and they have a fantastic working environment.
The Role
Working in a small, supportive and friendly team, you will be responsible for the day to day performance of the ERP system. You will take the lead on system testing, upgrades and new releases and will need to maintain ERP documentation and training resources. You will work closely with internal departments to manage business change and will need to maintain audit records of all ERP changes in line with ISO 27001.
The Ideal Candidate
This position will suit a forward thinking, proactive and technically minded ERP Specialist who enjoys taking ownership for the system and troubleshooting issues. (Kerridge / Klipboard experience is preferable). You will be an excellent communicator with analytical skills and the ability to really learn the system in detail. The right candidate will have a positive, friendly attitude and strong technical skills as well as the ability to communicate at all levels.
