Job Title: Conversions Support Technician

• Monday-Thursday: 09:00-17:30 (1-hour break)
• Friday: 08:30-17:00 (1-hour break)Flexibility required for occasional evenings and weekends during live conversions.

About the RoleWe're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Conversions Support Technician. In this role, you'll work closely with our ETL Developer to support the end-to-end process of data conversions for new and existing customers.No coding experience? No problem! What matters most is your willingness to learn technical processes, a logical approach to problem-solving, and a strong eye for detail. Full training will be provided.Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the ETL Developer to deliver high-quality data conversions for customers
• Run test conversions in preparation for live migrations
• Perform customer infrastructure checks ahead of conversion work
• Validate and check data quality following test conversions.
• Complete customer personalisation after installation
• Assist with live conversions (including some out-of-hours work)
• Maintain conversion documentation and support process improvements
• Communicate clearly with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Commit to continuous professional development

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with data and technical processes (training provided)
• Logical thinker with good problem-solving skills
• Proactive and organised, able to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends for live conversions
• No coding or software development experience required
• Previous experience in a technical, data-driven, or administrative role is an advantage but not essential.
