Excellent opportunity for an Interim HR Project Manager / HR Programme Manager - Success Factors.An 18-Month HR Transformation Programme - SAP SuccessFactors ImplementationAre you an experienced HR Systems Project or HR Systems Programme Manager looking for your next major transformation challenge? This is an exciting opportunity to lead the HR work stream of a long-term programme implementing SAP SuccessFactors across a large, complex, multisite commercial organisation.We're seeking a confident, delivery-focused leader who can drive HR outcomes, partner effectively with technical teams, and ensure a seamless transition during handover.The RoleAs the HR Systems Project Manager / HR Systems Programme Manager, you will take ownership of the HR work stream within a central SAP SuccessFactors rollout. Your primary objective is to ensure HR deliverables are met, risks are managed, and the organisation is fully prepared for a smooth transition into BAU.Key Responsibilities
- Leading HR work stream delivery across an enterprise-wide SAP SuccessFactors implementation.
- Managing HR deliverables within a centrally driven rollout (IT and application perspective).
- Coordinating with the central programme team where local configuration is already defined.
- Overseeing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
- Acting as the bridge between HR and technical teams to maintain clarity, alignment, and momentum.
- Supporting knowledge transfer and handover to ensure long term sustainability of the solution.
- Hybrid, 3 days per week on site in Milton Keynes, 2 days working from home.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an HR Systems Project Manager / HR Systems Programme Manager, managing a Success Factors implementation programme within a large, multi-site commercial organisation.
- Strong background as an HR Project Manager or HR Programme Manager leading HR systems implementations.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across HR and IT.
- A structured, delivery driven approach with the confidence to manage complexity and pace.
