We're looking for a skilled specialist to lead complex, high-value procurement projects and deliver strategic sourcing within a not-for-profit organisation in London.In this role you will

• Manage and deliver end-to-end IT and digital procurement projects, including SaaS, Cloud, and infrastructure solutions.
• Provide expert procurement advice to senior stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Negotiate and draft contracts to secure the best value and optimal terms.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives and supplier improvement programmes.
• Build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor on sourcing strategies.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage vendor disputes effectively.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in IT procurement within a large, complex organisation.
• Strong track record of managing tenders and negotiations for digital solutions.
• MCIPS Level 4 (or working towards) or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools.
