IT Service Desk - 2nd Line
2ND LINE IT SUPPORT CONTRACT YORK BASED - 5 DAYS PER WEEK (8:30am-5pm) UP TO £200.00 PER DAY / INSIDE IR35 Your new role Looking for an immediately available 2nd Line IT Support Contractor who can commit to working 5 days per week in our client's York office. What you'll need to succeed The core skills and experience required include:* 2nd-line IT support experience* PC / workstation deployment and imaging (Windows 10/11, macOS)* Operating system installation and configuration* Hardware troubleshooting: desktops, laptops, monitors, docking stations, printers* Peripheral setup and configuration (monitors, keyboards/mice)* Basic networking: LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting, Active Directory* Remote access tools: TeamViewer, Microsoft Remote Desktop* Software deployment / imaging tools: SCCM, JAMF* Ticketing systems: Jira Service Management* Asset management / inventory tracking (CMDB, SCCM, JAMF)* End-user support and documentation, with strong communication and time management skills* Mobile device configuration / management: iPads, tablets, smartphones (optional but desirable)What you'll get in return 3 to 6-Month Contract - Full Time on Site (Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm) - Up to £200.00 Per Day - INSIDE IR35 What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion about your career.
