Location: Stevenage (Hybrid)

Contract: Temporary - 3 Months

Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a critical Fleet Integration Project, aligning systems, processes, and people across two departments. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver meaningful change in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do

• Drive the successful integration of fleet operations, ensuring adoption of best practices and standards.
• Manage complex change projects to tight timescales.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels and lead meetings, updates, and progress reporting.
• Oversee system and data integration for fleet management.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in change or integration projects.
• Strong knowledge of UK fleet operations (cars, vans, compliance).
• Skilled in project planning, monitoring KPIs, and delivering outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.

Desirable: PRINCE2/APM/PMP certification, experience with TUPE processes, and familiarity with fleet systems like Jaama Key2.
