Senior Project Manager

Your new company A highly regarded Housing Association, providing social housing and homes for rent to over 600 people.Your new role *Responsible for the delivery of a multiple complex projects that will shape and transform the Groups services for customers and colleagues through the implementation of IT solutions and process redesign.Efficient project/programme mobilisation in line with the Group's project management framework including:Programme set upClear scoping across multiple projectsRisk management and escalation processesResource requirementsFinancial assessment / value for moneyGovernance processes (including KPI and cost management)Ongoing programme management:Planning multiple projects and roll-up activities into overarching programme plan.End to end life-cylce managementRisk identification and mitigationMotivation of cross functional teams ensuring close collaborationManagement of multiple project interdependenciesResource and capacity planningTracking against agreed programme KPIsDocumentation of discussions & decision making ensuring there is a clear audit trailProgramme close down and lessons learnedCoordinates with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of programme outcomesSupport defining the programmes scope and ensuring strategic alignment with the Groups goals, while aiding the refining of the programme roadmap, milestones, deliverables and timelines.What you'll need to succeed Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of project management approaches (Business and IT) including end to end lifecycle management, planning, stakeholder management, risk management and governance, communications, and change impact assessment What you'll get in return The opportunity to work within a highly regarded organisation with a commitment to providing excellent customer services.
