About the roleAs an IT Support Apprentice with expertise in any industry, you will collaborate with our client's IT department. You will be responsible for offering hands-on desktop hardware setup and customer-facing experience across dynamic on-site environments.Tell me more, tell me more...Our client is currently looking for a recruit to join their current team. Below are the job details for your reference:You can also ask our friendly recruitment team any questions you may have about the role, between 09.00am till 17.00pm Monday to Friday.Shifts:Monday to Friday. 4 days working and 1 day unpaid training.Roles and Responsibilities:

• Unbox, install, and connect desktop hardware and peripherals to user workstations.
• Perform basic power-on self-tests and initiate automated system builds.
• Connect network cables and assist with desktop moves and peripheral maintenance.
• Log technical calls and update records using ServiceNow.
• Follow scripts and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Provide clear and professional communication with end users.

Other stuff we're potentially looking for:

• No prior IT experience required-training will be provided.
• Ideal for freshers or individuals looking to start a career in IT
• Strong organisational skills and ability to follow procedures accurately
• Effective communication, literacy, and numeracy skills
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines
• Awareness of health and safety practices in the workplace
• Must hold a full UK driving licence
• Must have an unrestricted right to work in the UK.
