About the roleWeare seeking a proactive and customer-focused Technician 1 Engineer to join our small,dynamic IT support team based at Raynesway. This role involves hands-on technical support across multiplesites in Derby, ensuring timely deployment, collection, and readiness of ITdevices.Tell me more, tell me more...Our client iscurrently looking for a recruit in joining their current team, below are thejob details for your reference:You can also askour friendly recruitment team for any questions you may have about the role,between 09.00am till 17.00pm Monday to Friday.Shifts: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)Location: Raynesway - DerbyWorkingHours: 09:00am to 5:30pmContractDuration: 11+ MonthsResponsibilities:

• Deploy, collect, and prepare devices across multiple site locations
• Ensure device readiness through asset management and ticket closure
• Travel between other Derby-based sites as required
• Maintain accurate records of deployments and asset status

Requirements

• Full UK driving license and UK Passport (essential)
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Basic understanding of IT hardware and asset management processes
• Willingness to travel across multiple locations within Derby
