A Tech 1 is needed to support a leading technology-communication provider.Are you ready for your next professional adventure Your new roleWe have an opportunity for Tech 1 to join our client's team in Glassgow. Contract: 6+ Months (26/08/25 - 31/03/2026)

• Location: Glasgow Scotland G2 8LA
• Rate: £17.30/Hr through Umbrella company OR £13.33 /hr through PAYE

Main Responsibilities Troubleshooting hardware and software issues for end usersPerforming basic repairs and maintenance on desktops, laptops, and peripherals Supporting operating systems (Windows/macOS) and common applications Assisting with setup and configuration of new devices Logging and tracking support tickets to resolution What We're Looking For 1-2 years of hands-on experience in IT support or helpdesk rolesSolid understanding of hardware components and repair techniquesFamiliarity with troubleshooting tools and remote support softwareStrong communication and problem-solving skillsA team player with a customer-first mindset What you need to do now Our client is looking to an interview immediately, so apply today or call us on to speak with one of our Talent Acquisition Specialists!If this role does not meet your requirements but you know of someone else who would be interested, please send my details across to them.
