Technician 3

About the role As a technician 3 with expertise in the IT domain, you will collaborate with our client's technical team. You will be responsible for Technical/IT support.Our client is currently looking for a recruit to join their current team. Below are the job details for your reference:You can also ask our friendly recruitment team any questions you may have about the role, between 09:00 AM till 17:30 PM (Monday to Friday).Shifts: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)Location : Lympstone Contract: 26-Sep-25 to 17-Oct-25 Roles and Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate the Refresh Clinic in accordance with client protocols
• Move and manage devices from onsite storage to the clinic location as instructed.
• Log into systems using provided devices under supervision
• Perform device refreshes (e.g., laptops) following migration procedures
• Update workflow management systems accurately at each step.
• Assist with manual stock checks and report findings daily.
• Secure devices in storage at the end of each day
• Provide Early Life Support (ELS) to end users' post-migration
• Liaise with Post-Migration Technical Support Specialists for escalations
• Maintain compliance with client security and data handling standards

Other stuff we're potentially looking for:

• Previous experience in IT support, hardware refresh, or migration projects
• Familiarity with IT environments or secure IT infrastructure
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift and move IT equipment safely
• SC Clearance (mandatory)
