User Experience Engagement Lead

Location: Reading (Hybrid - 50/50 onsite)

Day Rate: £280 (Umbrella only)

Contract Length: Until 11/09/2026

Security Clearance: SC Cleared or SC Eligible - Active SC strongly preferred

About the Role

We're looking for a highly collaborative and insight-driven Digital Workplace Experience Manager to champion the colleague technology experience across our Workplace Technology domains - including Endpoint, Productivity, Collaboration, Hardware, and Identity & Access Management (IDAM).What You'll DoUser Insight & Experience Measurement

• Lead surveys, polls, interviews, and feedback loops to understand colleague needs.
• Map end-to-end user journeys across all Workplace Technology services.
• Identify pain points and translate insights into actionable service improvements.
• Track user experience trends and provide clear reporting to leadership and product teams.

Engagement & Communication

• Design and deliver communication campaigns to support awareness, adoption, and understanding of Workplace Technology services.
• Create engaging content for Viva Engage and internal communication channels.
• Tailor messaging to different user groups to ensure clarity and accessibility.
• Support change and adoption activities for new tools, features, and enhancements.

What You Bring

• Experience in Digital Workplace, Employee Experience, UX Research, Service Design, Technology Adoption, or similar.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyse feedback and translate insights into clear, actionable improvements.
• Experience running engagement or communication campaigns.
• Confidence working across multiple technology domains.
• SC Clearance (active or eligible) is essential.
