WHO ARE WE We're hiring for Senior Service Designers to join a consultancy delivering cutting-edge solutions for industry-leading Public Sector Clients.

You'll have the opportunity to work across multiple high-impact, innovative and mission-critical projects, shaping solutions that make a real difference.

Due to the sensitive nature of the work, you will need to be eligible for SC Clearance.

THE SERVICE DESIGNER - Active SC Clearance, or eligibility - London based, or able to commute- Experience as a Senior Service Designer

SERVICE DESIGNER ESSENTIAL SKILLS- Full end to end service design expertise; including blueprints, user journeys etc. - Experience planning and conduction user-centred research - Strong stakeholder management skills- Proficient in-Service design and prototyping tools e.g. figma, sketch, adobeXD etc.
