A major banking client is migrating from Zoom to Microsoft Teams and requires on-site support at their Strand office. This role involves deskside assistance and floorwalking, helping colleagues adopt Teams confidently following induction training.This is a user-facing role suited to someone patient, approachable, and comfortable guiding others through new tech.

Role Overview:

• Assist users with Teams meetings, calls, chat, and collaboration
• Troubleshoot login, MFA, and calendar sync issues
• Provide "how do I?" coaching and usage tips
• Direct users to self-serve resources and training content
• Capture recurring issues to feed back to the project team

Requirements:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Outlook integration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working alongside other technicians
